Kino

Two movies I recently watched at the cinema was a Swedish movie called En Man Som Heter Ove and the new Tarantino movie The Hateful Eight. Both of them very good in their own ways! En Man Som Heter Ove was a very nice story about a man and his life, you both laughed and cried to this movie. The Hateful Eight was a bit of a darker and more sarcastic humour movie, and had a lot of shooting and blood in it. Really recommend both of them!

You can watch The Hateful Eight tomorrow at Kino Ritz in Vaasa for 9€ and only 7€ if you are a student!

70s Fashion & Aroma

The 70s fashion is very popular right now and even I have fallen for it a bit! I just love the colour on my new blouse, the 70s orange/brown colour. I matched the blouse (Gina Tricot) with some highwaisted jeans (H&M) with a light blue colour. The wavy hair just came along when you have had your hair in a bun for several hours.
Me & my Sis also tried the new place Aroma's cupcakes a couple of days ago. Absolutely delicious! One with dark chocolate and one with blueberry/raspberry.

New Years

This new years was a bit different than all the others! This was the first time I met new friends on new years! This was the first time I went to a bar on new years! To this new years party I also made for the first time Jell-o Shots!
The party started at a friends place in Vaasa with a lovely Pizza dinner from Koti Pizza! After we continued the party with games, small talks and snacks! Just before midnight we all went outside, opened our champagne bottles and cheered in the new year with fireworks! We had a lovely view of Bocks Brewery's fireworks just after midnight!

Christmas 2015

Christmas as always is Christmas. Lots of food, some presents and then of course tons of candy and hanging out with friends, having a glass of wine or two. This year for Christmas I got a lot of different gift cards, as I now live at home for a while I don't really need any stuff and it's more fun to buy what you want later on sales! ;)

Christmas Time

Christmas is soon here! Decorations are being put up, gingerbread & candy is being made and of course gifts are being rapped in paper! There is a lot of gifts under the tree even if we said we wouldn't buy any this year! ooops!
I'm working on christmas eve until 12 and then afterwards I'm free for 3 days! Woop woop! Then it's time to meet up with some friends and see how their Christmas is.

Raw Balls

If you want a delicious snack for your afternoon coffee or tea, the raw balls are a great choice! They are also very healthy and gives you more energy. I made some of my own today and they are super delicious! I had a recipe as base, but added and took away some stuff in it. So here is my recipe!

Raw Ball Recipe
Gives you about 25 balls

18 Dates
6 Figs
1 dl Almonds
1 dl Pumpkin Seeds
1 tablespoon Chia seed
0,5 dl Goji berries
3 tablespoons Raw Cacao powder
0,5 dl Coconut powder
0,5 dl Water

1. Start by mixing the dates and the figs in a mixer to a dough!
2. Add the almonds, seeds and berries! Mix!

3. Add the cacao and coconut powder!
4. Add the water & Mix!
5. Then roll some balls out of the dough you get!

If you like you can roll them in coconut flakes to make them even more delicious!

Lapland Trip #2

This trip as the last one was amazingly fun, with great people from all over the world. All the way from North America to Japan! Both of the trips are exactly the same. First day we leave with the bus and stop at the Santa Claus Village on our way to our destination.
The second day consists of Snowmobile riding and Husky sled rides. Both are very fun and something you don't want to miss. After the Husky rides we also visited the Snow Village, were you can book a room and sleep in the ice hotel. It was pretty cool!
The third day is all about skiing and having fun! Me myself went snowboarding with some of the guys and I have never been more happy with doing snowboarding. The snow had been falling during the night so it was about 20-30cm of fresh snow. We were almost the first group their so the slopes were almost untouched, it couldn't have been better! Though there were only about 4 slopes open, but we went on some slopes that were closed too. Breaking the rules! After the whole day at the skiresort the sauna felt even better in the evening! And if you haven't tried jumping in the snow or going ice swimming during the sauna you have to try it! It is an amazing feeling and you feel even fresher after the sauna!

Sunrise & Sunset at the same time!

Cirkus

Last week I went to a Cirkus party and my lovely sister made this beautiful make up for me. I'm supposed to be a clown or a harlequin and I used her Harley Quinn top so I guess I was more Harley Quinn than a clown. But tumbs up for my sister who always do my make up when I want something special!!

M&M World London

On our trip to London we had of course to go visit the M&M shop too! Which was 3 floors big and had a lot of different toys and M&M candy in it! The best part in the store was when you got to mix and match your own M&M's in a bag, I got a little bit too excited there ^^ (you can see my beautiful colour match down below!)

Harry Potter sights in London

I'm a small Harry Potter fan so of course when me and my friend were in London we had to go visit some places where the movies were shot! We went to King's Cross to take the train at Platform 9 3/4, we went to the Diagon Alley (both at day and night) and of course we walked the Millenium bridge over the Thames! At King's Cross we also visited the Harry Potter shop to shop for our wands ;) (though they were so expensive that we didn't buy any) The Diagon Alley was shot at the Leadenhall Market, which you can find quite close to the Tower Bridge.

Hallowe'en

Saturday me and my sister spent at Olliver's Inn on their halloween party. My sister as Harley Quin and me as a cute/slit throat bunny! The party didn't last long for us though as I came back from London (more posts about that later) the same day and had like slept for 3 hours the night before so I was super tired.. But we had a fun time anyways! (: (everything's taken with phone, therefore the really bad quality....)

The Baltics - Vilnius

The last city on our trip was Vilnius. Which was consisted, to be honest, of only churches everywhere! But truly beautiful this city too, and the cheapest! A meal at a restaurant was 8€ and a beer at the bar was 2€. We also visited the castle of Trakkai and got to shoot with bow and arrow, and I gotta say that I was awesome at it! I should do it professionally! When we later visited the shooting range with real guns I wasn't so good anymore, and it was quite scary shooting with real guns.. We got to try a pistol, revolver, AK47 and a shotgun! Felt like a terminator with the shotgun ^^

The Baltics - Riga

Second city on our trip was Riga! The cities are just getting bigger and cheaper! The town was very beautiful with a lot of cute housesand small allies. In the evening we even got to listen to a little old music played at a restaurant called Ala, I truely recommend if visiting Riga! In the last pic you also see how cheap drinks was in Riga, a beer for 3,5€, and in Finland you have to pay at least 6€...

The Baltics - Tallinn

Here are some pics from our super funny trip to the Baltics! We started from Helsinki going to Tallinn, then Riga and last of all Vilnius.

A view over the old town in Tallinn

Gamylis

Saturday was spent in the spirit of Gamylis. Which is a student event for older students, that is second year and further. During the day we had about 12 stations to get to and perform a task of some kind. The pic below is our team of 8 amazing fun people. I still think we had the best team even though we didn't win any prices. We even had our own songs to go with our team name and everything, so the team spirit was on top!
